Pros

Lunch on Friday and free snacks. That’s about it!

Cons

Long hours, commission structure is confusing and when you ask questions you get told one thing and never get helpful information about commission. Management micromanages. Many of the current established employees are quick to turn on you for a dollar in their pocket. Best way to describe the culture is 1000% a “frat bro” culture.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We take your feedback seriously and are always looking to improve the employee experience. We’ve received previous feedback on our commission structure/communication and have recently launched a dashboard that gives complete visibility into all commissions at any time to address these issues. We have also passed along your feedback on company culture to our leadership team. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

New Experience, taught me much about the industry, positive people that are willing to teach.

Cons

50+ hour work weeks, no set breaks, overbearing workloads at times, inaccurate projection of earnings, not paying out contest winnings, not paying hourly wages for extra hours worked during training as promised, wants you to work saturdays and holidays for no extra salary, not allowing new hires to collect commissions for a time period they control and can change at whim depending on your expected performance, leadership that is disconnected with its workforce, after employment no response for referral request.

Hello! Thanks for taking sometime to share your experience with us. It's unfortunate that Arrive Logistics was not the long-term fit for your career goals, but you brought up several important points from your time with us that we'd like to address! Our office hours are 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday for any employees who are in sales positions, as you were. As you touched on, the days can get very busy so we do not offer standard breaks. However, we expect employees to manage their time and take breaks as needed & at times that don't interfere with the flow of daily operations. Once a sales rep starts earning commission, they will work a few Saturdays per year on a rotational basis. Employees earn a bonus for working Saturday shifts and holiday shifts. New sales reps must complete 6-9 months of training, development, and mentorship before they are eligible for commission. This time line can be expedited or extended depending on an individual's performance and progress. Our Learning & Development team strives for transparency and clear expectations during this time of a new hire's career, and will continue to do so. However, if you felt misled or confused at any point along the way, we will take ownership of that! It's never our intention. We are glad you learned about a new industry and met some great people along the way. Thanks again for the feedback. Arrive Management
