Pros
My time at Arrive Logistics has been such a great experience thus far. I am a part of a team that not only promotes transparency, but always displays it. It's so empowering having a team that is like-minded to achieve personal success and in turn, success for the company. I truly feel like I have a voice and a purpose here helping Arrive Logistics make it to the top. Aside from my department, the sales floor is committed! Everyone is focused on their own accounts trying to build a solid book of business, but also being interactive with others on the floor. Friendly competitions are always happening, so the sales floor is always hype with energy. I LOVE IT! As far as our executive team, I couldn't think of a better bunch of people. Always with open doors, and ears to listen.
Cons
If I had to find a flaw with Arrive, it would need to be the communication between departments. As we are growing, this communication has hindered a bit, however, I know this is something they have been focusing on to improve. With a new EVP of People, and Strategy Officer over the past month, there has already been tremendous progress.
