Pros

There is serious potential to do really well here. Upper management and veteran employees have a lot of prior industry success/experience. There is always help available if you have questions. The open sales floor is very motivating and keeps things exciting. It is a startup and people here really do care about your well-being both in and outside of the office.

Cons

It can be stressful at times. High burnout with workload (Unlimited vacation policy helps )

Arrive is an extremely challenging and rewarding opportunity. You get an opportunity to work with industry experts and individuals who genuinely care about your success. Fun, fast paced environment.

Cons

Not everyone is up to the challenge, and not everyone enjoys competition. When you are apart of a startup that has serious goals like Arrive then performance matters. So it is an opportunity for those who can get things done.

I love working for Arrive Logistics! This is a very young and strong team and a great company to work for. Arrive is small, but growing rapidly. Now is a great time to join the team. The culture of Arrive logistics is fun and hungry. We work hard, but we play harder. This is definitely the best job I have ever had and the best company I have ever worked for!

Cons

Cons? I don't have a single one! I'm being entirely honest, here. This job and this industry are both going to try you at times, but there are plenty of people that are more than happy to help coach you or assist you along the way.
