Pros

Good to start out of college. Learn skills, develop tough skin & meet people. If you try, they’ll find a place for you.

Cons

Very high expectations for such young talent. You’ll be on the phone a lot. Can be draining. If you don’t like sales, don’t go.

Pros

At this time, I cannot think of Pros for working at Arrive.

Cons

The work environment at this company is tough, mainly because of toxic managers who create stressful, hostile, unpredictable, and unhelpful atmospheres. There’s a constant turnover of employees, which makes things feel unstable and causes extra stress on the team. The training for my team was poorly organized, with very little guidance for new hires, making it hard to learn the job and do well. The company doesn’t offer many days off, and the PTO benefits are not great, with slow accrual and not much flexibility. The 401(k) match is also really low, which makes it feel like the company doesn’t care much about helping employees with their long-term financial goals. Overall, the lack of support from management, weak benefits, and a bad work culture make it hard to stay motivated or feel appreciated here.
