      Great team culture and in office environment, young

      Cons

      Constantly working, not much work life balance once you build a book of business, cyclical market, can make a lot of money in a hot market and then will be scraping with very low margins by in a down market. Changed compensation structure 2 times in a matter of 2 years

      Benefits are decent, some perks (public transit, happy hours, etc)

      Cons

      poor departmental management, extreme lack of professionalism, clear favoritism of certain employees, poor financial decisions by upper management, constantly changing expectation and compensation (4 departmental restructures in my tenure) Arrive is basically a poorly run frat house.
