None, they are terrible at training. The leadership is terrible and when asked questions don't know the answer. They make mistakes and blame it on anyone but themselves. People are managers who shouldn't be.

They are terrible at training. The leadership is terrible and when asked questions don't know the answer. They make mistakes and blame it on anyone but themselves. People are managers who shouldn't be. Lazy, unmotivated "leaders" that hires and fires constantly and never looks in the mirror. If your constantly having to fire people, maybe you and your managers/team leads aren't doing their job.

Pros

There are great people who work at Arrive. The company is lively and high energy.

Cons

Management is a joke. Incompetence is overlooked and often rewarded, especially if you are a white man. The company constantly loses good talent because of the bad management. Despite a young workforce, the culture is riddled with sexism, classism, and a complete lack of diversity. Any efforts for DEI are all for show and no real action is taken. Most toxic place I've ever worked.

Performance based pay, culture (fun place to work), straight forward expectations

Cons

Poor work-life balance, bad ethics, HR department is basically non-existent, I did not get paid for the entire last month i worked there.
