      You’ll learn a lot about how to be a great broker from the people around you.

      Cons

      The balance between BDR and CSR responsibilities is really skewed. BDR hold 95% of all the responsibility. And that other 5% is split between the carriers and the CSR. Be prepared to carry the weight of every single load you build.
