work life balance is tough sometimes

PTO is non-existent, will be forced to work if you call in sick, changes every month, immature and rude people, just a number to management. This company is not a stepping stone for growth when you're fresh out of college. You basically come in Mon-Fri and work with people who don't actually know how to do the job themselves but get 24/7 help and have questions about nearly everything due to lack of training. Everyone who works here is a frat bro so beware of foul language when you're trying to talk to customers or drivers on the phone and rap music blasting in the background. Nobody is treated fair here and you may work under a sales rep who makes a lot of money and doesn't want to help you because they're "too busy". This job is alright for just a year to gain experience but after that it is time to look elsewhere, this is not a forever job and don't be fooled when they have you shadow a 6 year tenure rep who makes loads of money and makes the job seem so great. There are far more better companies that will treat their employees better.
