Great atmosphere and group of people to work with. Young core most managers are under 35 years old. Decent hours (7-4).

Cons

Not flexibile. Almost no remote opportunities. You can earn one WFH day after being with the company for an entire year.

Free food Mondays and Fridays, Hybrid, everyone is nice and helpful with each other. Great community.

Cons

No opportunities to grow, no raises, no transfers, no promotions. You get stuck at whatever position they hire you as.
