I joined Arrow Electronics in Bangalore a year ago. I am sharing my experience with a great organization. Organization and Leadership: A good organization means good leadership !!! There's no magic formula for great company culture. The key is just to treat your staff how you would like to be treated. The leaders of the organization do this at all levels. This culture makes the organization a great place to work. Employee Engagement: Arrow Electronics' key goal is to have a work-life balance environment for their employees, and they do that. It creates solidarity in moving toward common goals. I joined the team last year and it's the best move I've made in my professional career.
