Pros

There really isnt anything positive about the company. They just did a pay increase and they bumped me up to just .5 cents above what new people will be making coming in the door. If you ask employees how they feel about the company they will tell you that they feel stuck and they have no morale.

Cons

Downsides are you give them 5 years and after they do a pay increase they bump you just a couple of cents over new hire in rates. Not fair to us veterans. Please look else where for a job stay away.

Long, slow slide down

Pros

Above average pay - even after the recent cuts. Great location for south Denver. Managers are flexible about work from home, days off, etc.

Cons

Arrow is in a long slow slide to the bottom. If you're close to retirement or just looking for a pay check - it isn't a bad place to work. Management is out of fresh ideas and tends to pull the layoff trigger rather quickly. However, in the short term, most of the cuts have probably been made at this point. I wouldn't recommend Arrow to a young person looking to start a long term career.
