Good old days, less so in the newer times

Pros

Great company pre arrow. Great commitment by the business, lots of fun activities and engagement with the teams, opportunities for those that wanted them

Cons

Lost the company culture and feel from days of old, politics became an issue, management turned incredibly quickly to hostile during resignation period

Great employees who are treated like trash

Cons

Too bad the company doesn’t give a rats behind about the employees. No raises, crappy benefits, and all they seem to be concerned with at this point is having bodies in an office. Really quite pathetic that they spew “ Five Years Out” when they are at least decade behind the eight ball. Do not believe the positive reviews as they are probably fake accounts made by HR or whoever to skew Mike Longs approval rating. It’s a joke.
