You'd better make money when the sun shines and stick it away because eventually, if you're in sales, there's always a 12-24 month period when you'll starve. You make money one year, and you're saddled with a large budget the next to make sure it doesn't happen again. I was a 15 year + employee, surpassing 130% to plan for 2.5 years, making good money, and they laid me off because they were tired of paying me. Their philosophy is make changes, upset the customers, but "they'll come back eventually." They care WAY TOO MUCH about the short term benefit, instead of long term success when it comes to employee layoffs.

Pay is not competitive Upper Management does not care about the people that are currently working for them. Capped on commission so you cant make alot of money All in all morale is down for people because they are not getting rewarded for their hard work.
