There is little direction from management. I was asked to do several time consuming projects. I spent so much time with little direction trying to accomplish my tasks. They would then decide not to move forward. I wasted so much time accomplishing almost nothing. There were several times where product managers quit, were fired or laid off and I was left to cover their jobs for many months with no extra pay. There are reorganizations all the time and people are constantly fearing they will lose their job. The company lays off hard working people that have been there many years. It feels like they don't care about or value their workers. This leads to poor morale.

There is zero respect for the C-Suite and upper management as employees feel simply like numbers and not valued employees within the large company. The culture is completely non existent and all groups work in their own silos. There is zero collaboration across business groups or functions. It's actually just a sad and depressing place to work. They have tried to allure people to their company and build company morale but "sponsoring" every sporting event possible within the Denver Metro Area.
