I started with Arrow in 1998 when Steve Kaufman was the CFO. You talk about a leader? He was the best!!! I loved working for him and then after that was Bill Mitchell...what a disaster. Now we're stuck with Mike Long...OMG!!!

Cons

The company name as a whole is to be behold!

- Established large company involved in many areas of technology. - Some interesting projects like the SAM car project.

Cons

- Frequent re-orgs and layoffs. - No clear vision and direction that all employees understand...outside of saying 5 years out, but people don't know what that means for their roles. - Very little emphasis on the personal growth and development of employees.
