      Pros

      Workout classes, compensation was OK, nice building

      Cons

      Unless you fit in with the clique in your department, you won't last long. All of management, including VP-level, bullies employees. Before I met everyone when I first started, I really thought I would work here forever.

      Pros

      On the surface seems to be organized - the possibility for greatness is there but burnt out management just gives up and does minimum. There seems to be some management who want to stream line but it seems they are thwarted by higher management.

      Cons

      Lie about hours. Supposed to be an 8 hour 5 day schedule that ends up being 10 -12 hour days with a 6th day thrown in without warning I might add. You never know day to day when you will start or finish. Ridiculous don't have time to do life basics much less see your family and friends.

      Flexible work hours, good co-workers

      Cons

      Bare minimum pay, ridiculous rules which make sense to no one, management is looking for every opportunity to get rid off people to increase the bottom line. No career growth, stagnated wages. If you want to coast to retirement with minimum pay, work at Arrow.
