Pros

I work for Arrow ECS France Cloud branch (ArrowSphere). Great atomsphere, about 100 people so feels more like a start up with a strong company behind it. Friendly people everywhere you look. The technical architecture is state of the art (CI/CD, Cloud optimized, ...). Very good strategy leading to strong growth without putting too much pressure on the employees (strong growth = good collective bonus by the way). Good life/work balance, can work up to 3 days a week from home. Good company values which I have seen applied in my division.

Cons

Some processes with Arrow Electronics mother company can be tedious - not worse than any other huge company. This mainly hurts for hiring more people and investing more into a winning solution. Medical insurance (mutuelle) is expensive.

Pros

Employees with great personalities and different backgrounds made each day enjoyable. Established clear vision and updates for the site by holding regular meetings.

Cons

Pay is very minimal. Minimal incentives. Opportunity to build skills is either rare or not provided. Work is very repetitive. The established time tracking is flawed and establishes the looking over the shoulder to all its techs. If needed by the company, mandatory overtime for all techs to meet quotas.
