6yWhen the business needs to make cuts, we go through an exhaustive process of reviews, working hard to minimize impact to the fewest number of employees possible, but regrettably, that doesn't always mean we can avoid layoffs all together.
That said, we're sorry weren't able to make a longer career here. We aspire to create a culture where employees are truly empowered to manage their careers and make long term, successful careers.
