When I first started it was a great company to work for and there were a lot of good people there and bad management.

Cons

The downside was that they were not fair to the employees, and take the management side for wrong information. With an employee that has been there for 10+ years vs an manager there for 2yr has the right to get rid of people is wrong they have no clue what this employee has done to get there and worked hard. And because of the wrong decision I lost my job. Manager need to take classes before becoming managers.

Benefits Publicly traded company Unlimited PTO - if your work load is manageable which it likely won’t be.

Cons

Not stable No clear goals HR for people mangers is toxic. I lost clumps of hair from stress and never received the support I needed. Laid off after being recruited 11 months prior Lack of diversity and poor treatment of minorities
