9yWe are sorry to hear that your experience at Arrow was truly an unpleasant one for you - we are certainly saddened that you felt extremely micromanaged, and that you were not compensated adequately for achieving your goals and objectives. Since you wrote this review, we have begun to re-examine our compensation and benefits in order to get a better understanding of our workforce and the tasks they are achieving on a regular basis. We feel this will help us align ourselves globally with the market and also reward individuals based on the work they do or seek to move into.
