Almost nothing anymore, a few good people remain.

Cons

No one in the company has autonomy or the power to make decisions, everything lives with the US top management. The UK has so little power and zero budget they are unable to replace staff that change jobs. This leads to massive understaffing in every department, which leads to stress and dissatisfaction in every area of your job. Staff turn over has got so high very few people are skilled in their jobs anymore. The parent company Arrow Electronics outwardly mock the ECS side of the company, they have contempt for their smaller divisions.
