      Pros

      The benefits are great. FAEs are treated very well, and are viewed highly within the company. They are rarely let go as they are the reason suppliers continue to invest with Arrow. The flexibility of the job is second to none, while the demands are reasonable.

      Cons

      There are few options to move within the company. The FAE role is more of a glorified sales engineer role these days. Very little in the way of offering true engineering support. FAEs are expected to act as conduits rather than subject matter experts.

      Pros

      This company wants the best for its employees. From the beginning everybody has been incredibly helpful. They want you to help the company to succeed, and in turn they want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Currently no cons, but I am still a new employee.
