      Very positive for an entry level position

      Pros

      A very flexible schedule with many possibilities to grow, Management is always there to help and the ability to move up is endless

      Cons

      The entry level job is boring and tedious. There needs to be more variety to keep potential employees interested in their job

      Great rank and file people but middle management has issues with favoritism

      Pros

      Great place to start learning about new technologies and get exposed to Silicon Valley. The company allows a significant level of freedom to improve one self.

      Cons

      Middle management can sometime run rampant and favoritism becomes a problem. The company doesn't provide alot of training, so its up to the individual's initiative to improve.
