      Good Working Environment , good colleagues and Supportive superior that gave ample room to learn & grow

      Cons

      Have to get prepared for the tremendous stress & workloads. Even when we voice our concern on overload-the msg fall to deaf ears as Management unable to take any action due to manpower shortage . All the recruitment is freeze at the moment .

      Great working environment - IF you luck into a local branch with good local management and solid team. Competitive salary and benefits Solid company with good reputation Lots to learn and a lot of great resources available

      Cons

      Employee loyalty is lacking, as it is in most publicly held companies. Long-term employees face layoffs in tough times. Some positions (sales, primarily) are very high-stress making work-life balance difficult.
