Great Company with a strong vision. Strong Leadership in Tony Parella - he makes you feel incredible. Shared Technologies has a very strong position in the industry, and has made strategic moves ahead of the industy to maintain it's competitive position.
Cons
The telecommunications industry is changing rapidly with shifts in manufacturers and technologies. This has created a very tough working environment where it is difficult to maintain strong customer relationships, profit margins, and pay like we have enjoyed in the past. This is industry wide, and not specific to Shared Technologies.
