Pros

Pay is good. Work is fun and very mentally stimulating.

Cons

Told that higher level positions were being created but never did. Manager told me that I was to fat and ugly to be a manager. Justified it by saying it that he struggled with getting his position because of his weight. He wasn’t wrong HR did nothing

Great People to work with at the company. Substantial Opportunity working with the other divisions of Arrow Electronics on new technology including IOT.

Cons

Systems Integration Division is siloed and senior management lacks a cohesive Go-To-Market Strategy. Outside Sales is not aligned with either Inside Sales or Marketing.
