Be prepared to work & if in office business casual all the time. Not even a Jean Friday, even though it's a moving company. When roads & most of town is closed, you still better find a way to get into work. Turn over is high depending on position.

Deceitful leadership team, favoritism and brownnosing occurs often, highly unprofessional and ego fueled environment creates a hostile work environment, and finally the lack of empathy and respect for their workers is damn near criminal.
