Pros

At Arrow Payments your voice will be heard in this collaborative environment. We treat each other with respect and kindness and work hard to achieve our company goals. We are rewarded for our efforts. I am able to take on new projects that look interesting to me and be challenged day to day with my work. I really like everyone on the team. We hold each other accountable, can have tough conversations, and trust each other.

Cons

Not many things come to mind here. We do experience growing pains from time to time, but I think we communicate well and work through the challenges as a team.

Fun enviorment - Worked with a cool staff, played video games, occasional free food & drinks.

Cons

One week of training was not enough time to get familiarized with the payments industry. The owner displayed very poor leadership skills. The product itself is decent, but it's identical to every other payment gateway. Arrow payments did not provide or support their sales team with marketing material or online advertisements, so it is very hard to get your foot in the door. Basically, everyone you cold call will say "I have been researching new payment gateways, but I have never heard of Arrow. "
