Pros
Company is owned by a very large corporation with financial backing. Flexibility with work from home options. Good pay, benefits.
Cons
My company was purchased by Arrow, then they purchased another company and tried to combine the two as quickly as possible. There was constant change (almost daily) with very little communication about the changes. Conflicts between management from the two companies caused considerable unstableness. Employees were very stressed, uneasy.
