      Not a very friendly environment, the people are cliquey. Wouldn't recommend working there to a friend.

      Pros

      I really loved my time at Arrow! All the senior recruiters went out of their way to include me in their calls and meetings and were always willing to listen in on mine and give me feedback. The Partners are all very understanding when it comes to work-life balance. Their office has a really nice gym and locker room on site. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was always learning.
