Pros

They would give you pizza once a month to show that they still think about you

Cons

Lack culture and micromanagement is their top skills. Work life balance is harder here because they think that you need to have your life around your job. Not your job around your life

Pros

Besides the great building, free soda, free lunches once a month, and fun activities, the environment is friendly -- Some days, especially in the winter, there will be more work to be done, but it's pretty much worth it. Nothing stressful and i have been here for about two years.

Cons

Not too much culture and need more things to do in free time. Sometimes it is too quiet

Don't know where the company is headed No bonus incentives offered although promised Management is not transparent and untrustworthy Lots of favoritism
