Pros

Besides the great building, free soda, free lunches once a month, and fun activities, the environment is friendly -- Some days, especially in the winter, there will be more work to be done, but it's pretty much worth it. Nothing stressful and i have been here for about two years.

Cons

Not too much culture and need more things to do in free time. Sometimes it is too quiet

Pros

Positive changes in company ownership and some management changes / additions Lots of growth in past year with many new and larger customers Company Growth is creating opportunities for employees and expect to finally have bonuses in 2019 Starting to see improvements in technology to make work better Moving to new office soon - definite environment upgrade

Cons

Still some struggles in growing pains and some employees holding onto negativity of how the past has been - maybe will turn around when they see they finally get long promised but never achieved bonuses. Need better strategic direction of if there is already one to share with all on what it is It is a small company so internal opportunities are limited

Pros

World class software that’s delivering value to customers. Lots of new customers for this technology driven company. Work life balance is great too.

Cons

Management needs to provide better feedback to employees. No 401k match. There are significant benefits besides a competitive salary. Too many initiatives without enough leadership support.
