Pros

The people who work there are very devoted to doing the best they can with what they're given.

Cons

The leadership has always lacked a balance between vision and pragmatism. Employees are not given the tools/support they need to do their jobs well.

some fun co-workers and good customers

- Too many cheifs not enough indians - Only open to one exit strategy - Very poor track record of good executive hires - Business model fundamentally broke

Good customer relations teams Flexible, work from home options but frowned upon. Good corporate culture if you are with the 'cool crowd'

Cons

Don't know where the company is headed No bonus incentives offered although promised Management is not transparent and untrustworthy Lots of favoritism
