-Rapid growth is a challenge, but one we are meeting -The passionate, hardworking team, rapid growth, and tight timelines combine to yield a fast-paced, intense environment. For a self-aware and self-assured person, it's a highly functional and exciting environment, and there's a real openness to folks creating their own boundaries. It's all about fit.

Pros

Company is in early stages so the promise is big and the mood is positive. Attracting many good people. Less stressful than other companies at this stage in my experience, a lot of effort is put forth on maintaining employee job satisfaction.

Cons

Scientific scope of company still emerging. Seems possible that it may expand or contract as company matures.

Pros

I've been with ArsenalBio for less than a year and have really enjoyed my experience so far. I've found the team to be engaged, collaborative, and willing to help with any question, project, or initiative. I've had the opportunity to get involved with a variety of projects to build my skillset. I feel like a valued member of the team and my work is recognized by my manager & colleagues.

Cons

Overall, my experience has been positive. I believe we can always improve on how we prioritize resources/ projects. Given we're a young company, I suspect we'll improve in that area over time.
