Pros

Exciting combination of novel technologies forms foundation of company. Phenomenal team - incredibly talented technically and intellectually, but also passionate and incredibly self-motivated. Leadership is highly transparent and communicative, very distinct from anywhere I've worked previously. Benefits package compelling for a start-up. Strong upward trajectory.

Cons

Impressive technology suite provides conceptual ability to address many unmet needs in solid tumors - balancing ambitious goals with finite resources and need to deliver on high priority programs creates inherent tension.

Strong and experienced leadership working hard to build a successful company. Very strong scientific assets - technology and people wise. Transparent inter-company communication from top to bottom and vise versa. Coworkers are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
