Working at Arthex the pay was great and the benefits were amazing

Cons

Spoke of great culture did not implement good culture There were "rules" in place that many of the "managers" did not follow and did not seem to care about There was no sense of community amongst the team People did not seem to want to be there which in turn made others not want to be there Issues with HR that did not get resolved

Great technology, best orthopedic products on the market

Cons

Limit reps to making a certain amount of money and won't let them get above that. Once quotas are achieved, either territories get smaller, or they take away % to what they sell.
