Pros

Free lunch, great benefits, company has the resources to buy new technology needed to do your job. Never a problem with getting tools to do your job. Training was always accessible.

Cons

There was a lot of favoritism in the area I had worked in. If you were friends with the supervisor then your job was pretty lax. But if you don’t agree with a supervisor who is green and kind of immature, then you are on the “outs” of the group. And if you don’t conform with the group because of different ideas of proper work ethics, then you will be pushed out one way or another.

A company that cares deeply about their employees and also about the high quality of their products, truly care about patients and how to improve technology to evolve in a better and better product.

Cons

The company success and growth is fast, HR is not keeping up with the needs and poorly manage promotions, hiring etc.

All projects are important to the company. No work is insignificant. All of the people are very nice. Lunch provided Monday - Thursday.

Cons

Relationships between employees are basically non-existent. Not much interaction between employees, it's not necessarily a fun, energetic environment.
