      Pros

      Some benefits were good. Outside of that, the place is kind of a train wreck unless you have friends that are higher up and you need to be male. It's really sad actually. I think the place could be great if the people in certain positions actually had experience in their field.

      Cons

      Blatantly sexist attitudes, good Ole boy systems, especially within certain cultures, no direction, direct lies etc. Almost an entire shift quit within a month because of mismanagement.

      Good job if you just want to skim by doing little

      Cons

      No one cares about anything, managers bleed on sterile surgical parts, things get dropped on the floor, the drivers are assembled incorrectly most of the time
