Cons

Takes a long time to get certain things done. Lengthy chain-of-command issues sometimes prevents quote approval in a timely manner.

Cons

Really hard to get a job there as it's growing so fast, can be difficult to work with surgeons or product managers who may feel their time is more important than yours

Love this job. Same gripes as any other job but all in all it is the best around in SW Florida.

Cons

Expaninding so quickly that it is hard to keep up with production. Some supervisors are not 100% about taking care of employees.
