      Great teamwork environment, amazing product lines, market leader, education is top-tier, plenty of area for revenue growth

      Cons

      Pay & team split-commission structure is not very well weighted in relation to value provided and revenue driven. Bonuses are few and far between. Benefits aren't great either. Sports-Med Market leader by a long-shot, but quotas grow exponentially.
