      Pros

      Some incredibly talented medial device product managers and medical device developers. Very high standards for them. The work life balance seems good..I didn't see very few people stay after 5.

      Cons

      Family owned company with lots of nepotism. Strange place..contrast of highly talented product managers..and below average other folks in the rest of the company. The group I worked with was so unprofessional and had zero standards. Also Naples is a fairy town...costs to rent and live are crazy and the traffic is bad..old folks and boring.

      Pros

      Good benefits and job itself is not too hard. On rotating schedule you get up to 5 straight days off.

      Cons

      If you work rotating schedule it wears you out since it starts at 5 am. Need to work overtime to make a normal wage. Poor management system. HR does not care about the treatment from managers to employees.
