Pros

Strong leadership, great product portfolio, excellent benefits, constant innovation, promotional opportunities.

Cons

Like any high growth company there will be challenges. With the increased scale of the corporation this gets more complicated. Arthrex has strong leadership and has integrated multiple business units very successfully.

Pros

The office environment is comfortable and the grounds are nice. Free lunch is ok but nothing like it used to be. Benefits are good - free health clinic, tuition paid, gym membership, charitable contributions, employee picnics and events, and more.

Cons

Practically impossible to move up. Nearly all jobs are filled with outside people unless you are drinking or fishing buddy with a manager. Next to no women managers. They will pay for college but most people never get anywhere at Arthrex with their new degrees. Its a good place for about five years but don't buy a house here because there is no other comp employer in Naples. No interest in employee professional growth. People get into very narrow jobs and become robots.

Pros

They are a good company. Family feel. Very dynamic and the growth is tremendous. Sky is the limit there. Very stable industry. Great benefits.

Cons

Tenured management has a hard time going from small business to large corporation. Salaries are not as competitive as I would have thought for a company this size.
