      Pros

      Weather in Naples. I have no other Pros

      Cons

      Free lunch: They put out 2 items in cafeteria with a small salad bar. And that's at the corp headquarters. Manuf is worse. So no, its not a perk, but they hype it like it rivals Google's cafeteria Politics: Way too political. Management has no spine, no perspective and no knowledge. There are a few good people there but mostly everyone is burdened under this extreme political culture. You will, however, survive if you get your nose brown enough No processes: Company has zero processes set up but they say they grew so fast so they couldn't do any processes-- seriously, that's their excuse.

      Pros

      Pros are getting less and less every day! Benefices get less every year! Years ago was a good company.

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics and favoritism. Company is growing way fast many employees get left behind. Wellness Program is a form of blackmail to take away your health benefices. No teamwork in most departments. Management encourages employees to betray & hurt each other. The Owner (CEO) has no ideal how the Management and H.R. are making this place an awful place to work. Ave Maria is the newest and the wost place of all to work in! I think 12 years a slave was really about being relocated to work out to Ave Maria FL.

      Free med/dental, Free lunch.. ! "please fix the following errors:" "you must enter at least 5 words for Pros." sorry glassdoor, thats all I got

      Cons

      atmosphere is less exciting than working in a toll booth. too many brain washed people (especially in the lower management positions). Poor training, almost LITERALLY not allowed to think for yourself, don't you DARE step "outside the box". the only thing other employees can say nice about the company is the free lunch, and they use that to justify working there. very difficult to move up, and if you do, it isn't that much "up"
