They will work you like a dog. No communication. Non of the supervisor or managers care about you health or mental well being even though arthrex is always promoting it. All smoke and mirrors.

Pay isn't great unless you are higher up. Work life balance can be tough, as with any med sales job. But pretty much have to be in all cases which are quite frequent.
