      Being a private company, it is agile and nimble in finding solutions that work for customer accounts ahead of the competition. Excellent products. Fair commission scheme. Friendly people

      Good pay, terrible management

      Pros

      Good salary and compensation package. Great products to sell, and strong resources to present them with. Good learning tools

      Cons

      Management is known internally for sexual harassment of the young women in the company. Nothing is being done since many of the directors and culprits is the owners friends. The company cares exclusively about money.
