      Small group of "old boys club" in senior positions is the poison that holds this company back from greatness Depending on position, held to a different standard Cult of personality

      Pros

      Arthrex is one of the best places in regards to offering its employees growth within the comany. Management is very respectful. It is privately owned which I believe is a great thing and they offer amazing benefits like no other place including catered lunch daily.

      Cons

      There is a lot of political office issues. As in almost every office setting there is a lot of office gossip among employees.
