      Pros

      great products, innovation, market leader, access to surgeons.

      Cons

      Distributors will make you pay your own way through everything. Training, work trips, inventory, gas, associates, etc...all on your dime. Arthrex is a stepping stone for a real medical sales job. Make your contacts, get a feel for the world of medical sales, and move along to a job with less hours, less bs, and more company support.

      Pros

      Good benefits and job itself is not too hard. On rotating schedule you get up to 5 straight days off.

      Cons

      If you work rotating schedule it wears you out since it starts at 5 am. Need to work overtime to make a normal wage. Poor management system. HR does not care about the treatment from managers to employees.
