There are numerous opportunities for professional development and training. The team culture is collaborative, and colleagues are supportive and friendly.

Cons

Strict adherence to policies can sometimes lead to disproportionate actions for honest mistakes. Communication between departments can be improved to ensure clarity and alignment. Internal application processes can be confusing and may need more transparency.

Products and new technology were exceptional

Cons

The training process was an abomination. I was put in countless situations that I was unprepared for due to lack of training. Little room for promotion. Felt unvalued and disrespected repeatedly. I felt like I could never do enough and wins were not acknowleged. Expectations for growth were extremely aggressive and unattainable in my opinion.
