I have the best bosses. The work environment is lovely. Free coffee stations. Pickleball, Basketball, volleyball, soccer, and state of the art gym. We have all the resources we need to do our job well.

Cons

PMs can stall the process. But some are fabulous. It's the couple that don't provide what you need at the start of the request that stall progress on projects.
