Great education and endless opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Distributorship model that hires very young reps, pays very little, and the only hope of getting ahead is by usually getting promoted to a manager role. Team commissions are tough as well. Some territories battle insurance. With Arthrex being usually on the higher priced end of the market, it can make some sales almost impossible at surgeon owned centers.
